On January 25th, 2024, the launch ceremony of the "Strong Foundation Project" Weihai Artists Association's "Posting New Year Paintings, Celebrating the New Year" cultural and artistic benefits for the people at the grassroots level of the Shandong Rural Culture and Tourism Festival was held at Gold Horse Pen Industry. The event was hosted by the Shandong Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Shandong Artists Association, Weihai Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Weihai Artists Association, and organized by the Lingang District Artists Association.

      Yu Xiangzhi, Chairman of Weihai Artists Association, Pei Moshi, Liu Haibo, and Wang Xingyuan, Vice Chairmen of Weihai Artists Association, Wang Hong, Secretary General of Weihai Artists Association, Chu Huajun, Xing Wei, Li Zhilei, and Xu Zhencheng, members of the Presidium of Weihai Artists Association, Su Xiaoming, Deputy Secretary General of Weihai Artists Association, Bi Xiaoli, Gong Xiaoming, Bao Jianjun, directors of Weihai Artists Association, and cultural volunteers from the Municipal Art Museum jointly participated in this event. On site volunteers created over 300 pieces of calligraphy, painting, couplets, and auspicious characters, bringing diverse, vivid, and profound cultural experiences to frontline workers in the Golden Horse pen industry, delivering high-quality cultural and artistic works to them.
